Established in 2014, Metabolic Catapulting was built upon the knowledge conveyed by the late Dr. Edmund Burke, the science of nutritional timing and how the two culminate to optimize athletic performance, fat loss, lean muscle growth and superlative aerobic conditioning. This is accomplished via specific heart rate zones and proper nutrient supplementation.

Keith Banner is a former member of the U.S. National Cycling Team & Certified Personal Trainer (NFPT- National Federation Professional Trainers). He had the honor and privilege to learn from Dr. Burke, who was an acclaimed physiologist to two Olympic teams and head of the exercise physiology department at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Dr. Burke was a noted expert in heart rate research and its importance to athletic performance. Keith utilized what he learned from him regarding heart rate training & combined it with his knowledge and experience in the benefits of strength training. What resulted is a revolutionary training technique that not only maximizes caloric burn during the actual workout, but for hours upon hours after the workout has ended.


The goal of introducing Metabolic Catapulting to the fitness world is to cut through the confusion & teach people how to maximize the effect of the time they spend in the gym. By applying this technique as well as the nutritional timing, previously unimaginable numbers of calories burned such as results like 10,500 calories in 24 hours becomes possible and achievable.
